WNYC station director Seymour Siegel interviews Leopold Stokowski about the New York's new symphony orchestra, the American Symphony Orchestra. It which will be formed of 1/3 new, young talent, and 2/3 experienced talent. Stokowski also discusses plans to host children' s concerts, which he enjoys very much.
