New Year's Eve swearing in ceremonies at Gracie Mansion. Mayor Wagner is sworn in for his third term as mayor as New York's 102nd mayor at Gracie Mansion.
Also sworn in: Abraham D. Beame as Comptroller and Paul R. Screvane as President of the City Council.
