32nd Annual Meeting of the National Health Council. Dr. Ernest L. Stebbins, President of the National Health Council, introduces Dr. Thorp.

Dr. Thorp discusses the economic impact of illness and death to a functioning democracy, world health, and increasing productivity through health education.
