6th annual contest for Hebrew culture and its contribution to the American way of life, conducted among New York City High Schools.


Dr. William Jansen, superintendent of schools; Col. Arthur J. Levitt, member of the board of education; and Judah Lapsen, director of the Hebrew Culture Council, speak. Panel discussion by prize winners.
