10" disc from CUNY that likely was used as a test disc for a transcription machine. Side "A" contains two versions of same orchestral piece of music (“Wild about Harry”?). Side "B" has two bands: the first is more classical music with a short conversation between engineers about recording, and the second is low spoken word. A woman at a lectern begins a speech. Begins with a brief story about the Supreme Court's Brown v. Board of Education decision, made on May 17, 1954. No further mention of specific lecture topic.
