Orhan Pamuk talks about his latest novel, The Museum of Innocence, his first since he won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2006. It tells the story of a man who collects objects that hold memories of a lost love, and is a sweeping tale of Turkey’s conflicted identity—tradition versus Western modernism, the clash of class and culture.
