  It seems almost inevitable that the sexual molestation of children will become epidemic in a closed patriarchal society. Witness the scandals in the Catholic Church a few years ago and more recent information coming to light about the Hasidic and Amish communities. Why is this? And is it really more widespread in these communities than in the community at large, or is it just that these all-powerful patriarchs have the authority to cover it up and allow it to continue?

  Thanks for changing the image.

  But, LOL, I'm afraid you've still got a little bit of a problem, although not as bad as before:

  Mormons don't use the cross as a symbol.

  We prefer to emphasize Christ's resurrection over his death, and we believe he paid for the sins of mankind in the Garden of Gethsemane, not on the cross.

  I suspect this is also true of the FLDS crowd, although I don't know for sure.

  I know you wouldn't have any way of knowing these details. But they have a bit of an impact on how knowledgeable about Mormonism your program appears.
