The Paul Taylor Dance Company sets the global standard for contemporary dance. Since the company's founding in 1954, Paul Taylor has choreographed 129 dances, many of which have attained iconic status, and he continues to create two new works a year for his 16-member Company. He discusses the Company's three-week season at The New York City Center.

i was fortunate enough to be at SU when Mr. Taylor posed for us in figure drawing- wonderful model, most pleasant person. I still have those drawings- and drawings of Annemarie Mazzini (sp?) done in my studio here- another wonderful model-
Now it seems most of what I do is paint and swim (seriously)-
