This story brings up that Peru is suing Yale for theft of artificats that were loaned to the university which they have refused to return. Intertwined with this issue of "who owns histroy" is long standing racism and imperliaism that says its ok to plunder other countries histoy.
It's exactly like the ivory trade, nor perhaps, any different than the diamond trade.
