When we first looked at North Carolina in April, the state seemed likely to go to the Republican nominee and Elizabeth Dole looked like she would win re-election. Now, both races are very close. We find out how Barack Obama has become competitive in North Carolina and what’s been happening in the Senate race between Elizabeth Dole and Democrat Kay Hagan.
