    would it be a good idea to move people out of the state and set up a 'buffalo commons' in the territory?

    does kansas take money from the federal treasury or give money to the federal treasury?

    there are more than 6,000 ghost towns in the State of Kansas alone (according to Kansas historian Daniel Fitzgerald). They claim that the decline is accelerating.

    Have you been to Kansas? Obviously not, because you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Kansas is a rich, vibrant, and growing state.

    In fact, two of Money Magazines Best Places to Live in 2008 are in Kansas. (Overland Park #9 and Olathe #11)

    sorry, i was just asking a question and giving a statistic.

    the 'buffalo commons' is debated because the drier parts of the plains are not sustainable.

    Dave Seaton has, in my opinion, given an accurate assessment of Kansas politics in response to the questions he was asked. The reason it is accurate is because he is a moderate Republican. If a new conservative had been asked the same questions, you would have got a slanted view. But, what the he**, lying for God is OK.
