Tony Dungy Says: You Can Do It!

Indianapolis head coach Tony Dungy was the first African-American head coach to win the Super Bowl in February 2007. He joins Leonard to talk about his football career, as well has his new kid’s book, You Can Do It! It’s about Tony’s younger brother who’s having a bad day at school and finds ways to cope.

Eminent Domain in NYC

A new exhibit at the New York Public Library, "Eminent Domain," looks at the use of eminent domain in NYC, and the changing nature of public vs. private space. Stephen Pinson is curator; photographers Thomas Holton and Bettina Johae have work in the show. It’s on view through August 29, 2008 at the Humanities and Social Sciences Library, Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street.

Amphibians are going extinct faster than any other group of organisms. Now zoos and other institutions all over the world are working together to create an Amphibian Ark to help save species in captivity and keep them breeding even as they disappear in the wild. Biologist Kevin Zippel is program director of the Amphibian Ark.
