When is our president and his administration going to be tried for this?

Do you know why these people are "disappeared." Is it because the government's activities would be incriminated if the disappeared talks?

this is absolutely horrifying.. will anybody in our goverment EVER be tried and convicted for these abuses?? at least be tried??????

  • [4] ab June 09, 2008 - 12:36PM

Probably never. Definitely never if McCain is president

Why did this administration pursue these immoral, illegal, and ineffective policies? The reason is straightforward. Those propagating them are profoundly unthoughtful, unimaginative and in general brutish in their approach to everything they do. Their orientation is always and without fail to discipline, to punish and to exercise power. It is who they are. The things, not stopping terrorism are their goals.

This is not hyperbole, it's a fact on the ground.

#4--on what foundation do you make your accusation against McCain? If anything, his experience is VietNam would likely make him sensitive to this issue.

what has mccain done about this as senator?

there will be no trial no matter who wins, not the american way, but i would just like a full investigation so the true story can be on the record. bush will be know as the worst US president ever and we should never let him forget it.

#7--I have no knowledge of any specific actions taken by Sen. McCain, or by anyone else, for that matter. The reason I posed my question to #4 was that Sen. McCain's service record makes him a person deserving some respect, not flippant unsubstantiated accusations.
