Wow.
That was pretty great. An unfortunate fade-out on that second song however.
I thought he & his songs were wonderful - a real surprise.
As a huge fan of the work of Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, John Prine, Guy Clark & Kris Kristofferson, I have consistently identified with James McMurty's songs more than anything else. In my world at least, the quality of his work has always and continues to be equal to the work of any of these famous writers.
