Speaking of Tony Martin and Judy Garland, just wanted to give you a heads up about The Judy Garland Experience. This week along with all the Judy treats we are also featuring Liza Minnelli singing thirty classic songs from the Judy Garland songbook.
If you don't know about The Experience it's about time you checked it out.
It is the largest Judy group in the world and features the most eclectic bunch of Judy fans ever assembeled. We have authors, film makers, Garland family members, other celebrities, People who knew and/or worked with Judy, and fans from all levels and all walks of life. The only one missing is you!
The group has the most amazing unreleased Judy Garland audio and photo files anywhere, and the material is ever changing, sometimes from week to week, and sometimes from day to day!

A wonderful interview. My wife and I traveled to NYC late last year just to attend Tony Martin's Oct 21-22 shows. It was pure magic, especially at a world class nightclub like Feinstein's. I've always loved Tony's vocal style and he sure is an important link to that great era of music. We had a chance to say hello to Tony and his lovely wife, Cyd Charisse and show them a vintage poster from the movie CASBAH (1948). I recommend that film to everyone for an example of Tony's great screen presence! Hope to hear Tony at another show someday!
I thought this was a great interview. Tony sounded remarkable; he answered the questions beautifully, alert, clear, and with a sweet sentimentality. Since of course, he lost the beautiful Cyd, but together they will live forever. As the book said in '76, "The Two of Us"..Its a lesson for all marriages, SUPPORT EACH OTHER!(They didso with GENIUS!) Thank you Tony, and God Bless You and the family during this difficult time.
