The Romanian film "4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days," set in 1980s Communist Romania, is the tragic story of two students who try to arrange an illegal abortion. Cristian Mungiu is the director, and Anamaria Marinca co-stars. It opens today at Lincoln Plaza Cinemasand the IFC Center.
