I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE They Might Be Giants!!! I am a huge, tremendous fan (in spirit, I am not actually that large) and have been listening to you for something like 15 years, now. TMBG is probably the one thing I have in common with my husband (and in part responsible for us staying together), and now my son knows what conifer trees are! I love that I have at least one children's album (soon to be two) where I don't feel like poking out my eyes!
those kids who saw tmbg on tiny toons, we're in our 30's! some of us have kids.
i've always called that genre 'quirk-core'.
that said, tmbg, you changed the course of my life and i mean that in the best possible way. if it wasn't for you folks, i wouldn't be a musician. rock on.
