On todays show (12/12/07) the Ubell brothers said that they turn the heat down to 50 degrees,at their office space at night, and program the thermostat to turn it up to 72 during the day. I have been told not to turn the thermosat down more than 4 degrees at a time at from 68 degrees to 64 degrees at night, because it coat twice as much to re-heat the space from 50 degrees to 72 degrees.
