    Interesting. I have been reading to my 8 year-old every night "A is for Abigail" (her current favorite) written by Lynne Cheney (the only reason I was NOT going to buy the book) about the great women in America's history.

    The statement "remember the ladies" is mentioned and the text implies that John carefully weighed his wife's counsel.

    Ha! Should have know! ("What! Are you crazy!!) Haven't decided if I'm sharing that tidbit with my daughter. Not sure what impression that will leave her with regard to a whole host of issues!
