Josh Swiller spent two trying years as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural Zambia. He's also deaf. In Mr. Swiller's new book, The Unheard, he writes about the joys and challenges he experienced as a deaf American working in a run-down health clinic and living in an impoverished village.
