It took you a year to start covering this STORY.
You missed the boat why?
What about the black jurors?
Can Mr. Toobin comment on the process of becoming one of the Nine's law clerks-who play a BIG (yet widely unknown) role on writing the actual decisions? Becoming a law clerk to a US Supreme Court Justice is an EXTREMELY challenging & highly selective process.
Because of this, Justice Thomas's recent call for more minority lawyers to become Supreme Court law clerks will undoubtedly go unanswered because of procedural reasons. What a shame...

It's a shame there is no process of removing these fools once thwy are in place. Some of the current batch clearly don't care about law and only care about politics and their idiotic beliefs despite reality and they should be removed for that reason. The Justices should care about law and justice not furthering the agenda of the far-right fascist wing.
please comment on the "liberals" thinking on last year's Connecticut eminent domain case where they sided with private development while the "conservatives" sided with individual / property rights
