Shaun Ellis taught three abandoned wolf pups to survive in the wild by living like a wolf himself. In the National Geographic Channel special “A Man Among Wolves,” Mr. Ellis reveals how he learned to howl, lick, and even eat carcass meat.

    This guy was so articulate! He made it seem that wolves were just like a group of folks and if you had enough to offer, they would let you in. Loved it!

    Today, my wife and I escaped our cold, damp unelectrified house, a victim of the Nor'ester and took a drive and listened to your entire show on our car XM. What a delightful host you are...by the intonation of your voice, we recognize that fine sense of "Bob and Ray" satire that gets the two of us laughing out loud.

    I listen to you every day, Leonard. But this segment about the "wolf-man" really moved me so much. Recognizing our kinship with animals is so important and so often ignored.
