In 1988, 17-year-old Marty Tankleff was arrested for killing his parents in their Long Island home. And despite evidence that he did not commit the murders, he was convicted. On today’s Underreported, Olga Akselrod, an attorney with the Innocence Project, and private investigator and former NYPD detective Jay Salpeter tell us about their efforts to get him out of jail.
