According to a recent study, 26% percent of Americans consider themselves to be chronic procrastinators. On today’s Please Explain, two psychologists answer your questions on why we put things off…and how it affects our health, wealth, and happiness. Piers Steel, Associate Professor at the University of Calgary, recently completed a 10-year research project on procrastination.
