During the peak season, over 250,000 people visit New York City’s farmers markets each week. Greenmarket founders Barry Benepe and Robert Lewis, and farmer Ron Binaghi of Stokes Farm, explain how the markets have changed over the past 30 years, and transformed the city and its restaurants.
