Has New York become the abortion capital of the US? One of every ten abortions in America is performed in New York State. Ryan Lizza, Contributing Editor of New York magazine, argues that New York’s unrestricted abortion rights have made it a refuge for many women. And Debbie Nathan tells us about the "new underground railroad," where New Yorkers put up women who come to New York for late-term abortions.
