But the family meal is undergoing unprecedented change as globalization and modern trends in agriculture transform traditional diets. We'll hear about how families are adapting worldwide with Ruth Reichl, editor in chief of Gourmet magazine, and Peter Menzel and Faith D’Aluisio, creators of Hungry Planet--a photographic study of what people eat.

us for a wide-ranging discussion of American cuisine featuring some of
the country's most famous chefs and cookbook authors.
