This November, the Michelin Guide will release its first North American guide, Michelin Guide New York City 2006. The guide’s restaurant ranking system has helped define culinary excellence in Europe since the 1930s. We’ll talk to Jean-Luc Naret, Director of the Michelin Guide, about introducing three-star ratings to New York’s best restaurants.
