North Korea’s Nuclear Arsenal

Reports suggest that North Korea has nuclear capabilities and might even test a nuclear weapon soon. But China says that the United States is at least partly to blame for North Korea's nuclear capabilities. Leonard talks to Jasper Becker live from Beijing. Becker is a foreign correspondent and has been based in Beijing for eleven years. He's the author of Rogue Regime: Kim Jong Il and the Looming Threat of North Korea.
