Afghan refugee Partawmina Hashemee, head of a local Afghan woman's organization based in Pakistan, discusses the issues that women have continued to face since the fall of the Taliban. Rashid Khalidi examines the western world’s relationship with the Middle East throughout history, Resurrecting Empire.
