Carrie Levin has been running the Upper West Side’s Good Enough to Eat for more than twenty years, and Francois Payard, of Payard Pâtisserie and Bistro, is one of New York’s best pastry chefs. They are joined by Peter Hoffman, chef and owner of Savoy Restaurant. They're here to talk about the food of the season.
