Lisa Jardine’s new book is The Curious Life of Robert Hooke: The Man Who Measured London. She’s a professor of Renaissance Studies in London, and is also the author of On a Grander Scale: The Outstanding Life and Tumultuous Times of Christopher Wren.

Events: Lisa Jardine will be giving a talk (and slide show)on Thursday, March 4th at 7 pm at the Explorer’s Club (46 East 70th Street)
