Sitting down to a family meal is an age-old practice that spans the globe. But the family meal is undergoing unprecedented change as globalization and modern trends in agriculture transform traditional diets. We'll hear about how families are adapting worldwide with Ruth Reichl, editor in chief of Gourmet magazine, and Peter Menzel and Faith D’Aluisio, creators of Hungry Planet--a photographic study of what people eat.
