Things We Learned This Week

Friday, April 06, 2012 - 04:15 PM

A collection of the odd, wonderful, and even funny things we learned on the Lopate Show this week.

It’s a misconception to think that all nuns do is sit around and pray.

Rachel Dratch explains why there are certain things you shouldn’t say on vacation…or they could end up in an SNL skit.

“I thought it was totally normal to have two pot-smoking, deaf parents.”

Llama poop helps quinoa grow, and right now they’re having a hard time keeping up with all the new fields of the superfood that are being planted.

Good Friday Gospel makes it a good Friday, indeed.
