Can you please post the recipe for Sazerac and Caipirinha? Thanks! GREAT segment!
just bought a snowcone maker for our summer Brambles:
gin
fresh lemon juice
simple suger
shake and pour over the shaved ice
pour a blackberry liquor right in the middle and watch the show (better than a tequilla sunrise)
Can you please post the recipe for the beer cocktail just mentioned (micellota?).
Red Beer...
1/3 tomato juice
2/3 cheap beer
in a frozen mug
Surprising!
Where exactly can one get this absinthe your guests so casually spoke of?
I would think that the cucumber-infused Hendrick's gin would be a better choice for the "cucumber & mint" martini.
That gin is so smooth it can be served, unmixed, up. With a cucumber garnish, of course.
And it isn't even my favorite gin!
Nice to see that Cynar is finally getting its due.
My new favorite cocktail is gin, strawberry juice, lemon juice and seltzer with mint leaves.
What was the Watermellon and Campari recipe ?
Barbancourt Rum from Haiti is what we have on hand.
For soaking fruit in rum or gin, what about herbs or spices to add?

For a Summer drink I would recommend the Caipirinha. This is the ultimate Brazilian drink made with Cachaça, limes, sugar, and ice. Very refreshing.
Nice mention for Q tonic! The best tonic out there.
I think a champagne cocktail is the perfect summer drink- especially with rhubarb or grapefruit bitters. Yummy and refreshing!
