Uderreported story: NYPD secretly takes "persons of interest" to Bellevue psych ER, concocts a story they've acted "crazy," puts them in restraints shoots them full of Haldol and interrogates them, instead of reading them their rights and allowing them to call a lawyer. Happening since David Cohen, former 4th-in-charge at CIA, was placed in charge of homeland security at NYPD.
Thought police couldn't check plates w.out reasonable suspicion?
