peanut butter beer? lobster? gingerbread beer?
please stop this. it is not innovative. it is goofy.
homebrewing is definitely cool, but i think we need to
calm down.......hops, grain, yeast, and water is enough.
These folks should be commended for their tenacity in starting a brewing business, and their knowledgeability on the subject.
But the idea of using seafood (lobster shell), or fauna of any type, as a beer 'flavoring' is almost criminal to any real beer lover.
The same is true of endless other flavor adulterations, with the claim of enhancing the 'complexity' of the beer, turning it into anything but.
Love the Southern Pecan from http://www.lazymagnolia.com/verify.php
Erica's vocal scratch voice is driving me batty.
Why don't you folks ever post pictures of the guests..???
Made great beer at home in NYC with tap water, but the beer made upstate with sulfury well water turned out lousy.
