John A. Farrell discusses the life of America’s legendary defense attorney and progressive hero, Clarence Darrow. His biography, Clarence Darrow: Attorney for the Damned draws on previously unpublished correspondence and memoirs to offer a candid account of Darrow’s life—from his divorce and affairs to his feud with his law partner, Edgar Lee Masters to his controversial cases: from the landmark Pullman Strike case to the Scopes “Monkey Trial.”

Could your guest comment on Darrow's defense of the Massie Trial-why?- and what the guest opinion is of jury tampering by Darrow.
Darrow would have read the obituaries of Supreme Court justices with satisfaction? Who was on the Supreme Court at the time?
I inherited a colored lithograph of Clarence Darrow when I worked for the National Law Journal in NYC. It had been left by a previous employee, and I have no idea of it's value. It's 24x18 in size and is marked as 110/1250. It's signed by M. Hagel but I've not been able to find any information about this artist.
