On Sunday the Fox Television show "Glee" won a Screen Actors Guild award for best ensemble cast, following its Golden Globe win. The show’s pianist, musical director, and composer, Brad Ellis, joins us from Los Angeles to talk about the show and its music.

I love Glee! Everyone I know loves Glee! Love the choirs, the irony, the characters, and Jane Lynch. Leonard don't know Fox has good tv? (bad "news") but Rupert Murdoch is no dummy when it comes to business.
I don't know how anyone can stand that kind of plastic Glee singing!
Emptionless, screechy and boring.
I can't wait until it's out of style.

I guess his guest host does, as do a few of his listeners.
I was wondering how long it takes to record all the musical numbers for one episode?
We HAVE to know - are the actors' singing voices their own???
Brad's facial expressions are an integral part of the ensemble acting success. His character represents US--the viewers--who can't speak, but are there with the others in spirit!
