I am a graduate of the FCI (2001) and am currently working as a food journalist and interpreter for Japanese chefs. The culinary degree has given me the tools to further my career and to gain the respect of the chefs in Japan that I work with.
how is best to treat a burn?! i just got a splatter on my eyelid yesterday!
