Sue Monk Kidd, author of The Secret Life of Bees and The Mermaid Chair, and her daughter, Ann Kidd Taylor, discuss writing a dual memoir, Traveling with Pomegranates. The book offers the distinct perspectives of two women, mother and daughter, one in her 50s and one in her 20s, as they travel together in Greece and France.

another wonderful story of this kind - mother/daughter, ages 22/50, travel... is a graphic novel by Lucy Knisely - French Milk (Touchstone, 2008)
