We designers have known all along the importance of good design and clear communication. Great to hear someone articulate how effective our jobs actually are.
Lots of great points made here. Can't wait to read Warren's book!
Spot on observations, excellent interview. I refer to "chunking," as fermenting. I am looking forward to reading the book.
