Our latest Please Explain is all about pheromones, chemicals released by animals that influence physiology or behavior, from how we communicate to how we choose mates. the truth from bkny

I think I was stung last weekend working in the yard..now everyone says I would know if I was stung...but I did not find a stinger only a little red bump, but it hurt like the devil!! I limp/ran into the bathroom (10 seconds away maybe) and immediately poured alcohol followed by hydrogen peroxide on my ankle. I don't know if the bees didn't have time to gather or what but thankfully no others came. Big mystery...where did the stinger go?

What about mitogenetic rays supposedly wilted flowers. Thiswor preceded the invention of pheromone.
