I wonder if Obama will pronounce himself about that coup in Honduras. Many say is a test of the ultra-concervative-right (marinating in the Pentagon and CIA) against him. You know... America is composed of many sectors. And Obama is just a tenant. The eye of the world is looking -in the mean time-.
I agree with Mr. Capehart re his comments about the Supreme Court nomination proceedings, except this has been going on back and forth on BOTH sides of the aisle for years.

I grew up in NYC and Oklahoma City. In OK I was the only person ever that used the word "negro".
Everyone else used the N-word.
I never witnessed bias crimes against blacks in either place but the gays caught hell in both.
What is so unique or "unequal" about their struggle?
Would Mr. Lopate please note the correct pronounciation of the name Sotomayor?

Do gays reach out to the African American community?
Just give Jackson's organization a big donation, and he'll go away quietly.
