Leonard celebrates Martin Luther King day by spinning some of the activist gospel music that would have been performed in Rev. King's church. Here's the full playlist.
Thank you so much for that show. I have been listening for years, but somehow this one was especially moving. We are so spoiled by your work and insite. This was the best way to observe the day.

This has been a GORGEOUS, truly moving and inspiring program. It has added a wonderful dimension to these incredible days this January - I'm writing from the snowy, cold and largely benighted boondox of Sullivan County - (having lost my charming, sunny and quiet, sixth-floor walk-up, rent-controlled apartment in the West Village last summer - after 44 years - to a Landlord who felt he could sell it for $500,000 (that is, last summer he could have - maybe...) - and missing the life of the City - but well-connected (wire-wise) up here in the lonely Boondox...) Love your show, Leonard - listen every day (via Internet - the only way I get sensible radio - I'm in a valley by the Upper Delaware River - very pretty in its way...) - this one was a real beauty - Thank you so much! I'm sorry for anyone who missed it! Jonella

Several tracks are apparently from a multi-CD set called "The Source". Not available at amazon.com. Perhaps a little more detail about this product?
