Leonard just an FYI - it's "samizdat"
keep up the good works. I think it literally translates as self-given

I am curious to know if writing memoir is considered scandalous in Iran? Since airing dirty personal laundry is a big no-no from where i come from i-e India. one will be disowned by ones family and friends for this.
BTW i am a great fan of your writing.
