As a gay man I find it offensive when other gay people dismiss "gay marriage" as something that is not the most important thing facing our group.

I have been with the same man for 6 years and cannot marry him and soon his HiB visa status will expire and he will have to leave the country. I don't have the same right as my brother why is this acceptable because you don't care if marriage is for you?
