The sad truth is that no Presidential candidate, Obama included, is going to be elected if he says he or she is for Gay Marriage. It's horrible but true. And I'd still much, much rather have Obama in office than McCain/Palin, wouldn't you?

Is Obama the anti-gay activist or the old lady in your story? I think pretty clearly Obama is the anti-gay activist. We sometimes call such "activists" bigots or homophobes.

The same day a black man is elected president, gay people are told to sit at the back of the bus. I wish that Obama had the courage and conviction to fight for human rights. What a shame that the first African American president thinks of other human beings as being less human.
