Folk singer and activist Judy Collins (aka “Judy Blue Eyes”) talks about “Born to the Breed,” a new tribute album her songs featuring Joan Baez, Dolly Parton, Chrissie Hynde, and lots more.
How did you not challenge Judy Collins on her stupidity about romanticizing a murderer, a revolutionary that lead to the imprisonment of the Cuban people and almost lead us into World War III during the Cuban Missile Crisis. I praise those people who told the authorities where Che was so he could be killed. It was a great thing to eliminate from the world a piece of garbage like Che Guevara. I wonder when she is going to write a song praising Stalin, or Mao, or Lenin, or why not stop there, Hilter.

My sister was an avid Judy Collins fan. She too committed suicide over twenty years ago. On the anniversary of her passing, I play Ms. Collins' "Secret Gardens", a song my sister was especially fond of.

Please ask Ms. Collins if she still does Yip Harburg's wonderful song, "Brother Can Your Spare a Dime". It sure is relevant now.
