The harpsichord caused a stir among audiences when it was invented in the Middle Ages. British harpsichord virtuoso Jane Chapman explains the history of the harpsichord, its place in contemporary music, and what she’s doing to re-popularize it.

Tori Amos was the first person to compose music for the Harpsichord for more than 200 years. She has been using the harpsichord in her music for nearly 20 years. If you want to talk about popularizing the harpsichord, have a listen to Tori Amos and interview her!!! This is old news!
